Good morning everyone!
My name is Gordon and I just acquired a Quark. I went though a couple of different ones until I finally got a winner. I have a friend from another forum that has the same setup as mine and I could tell he was getting significantly better results than I was with the first 2. OPT was very understanding and helped me figure out that it was the quarks that were funky. Anyway short story long.... Here's one of my images from yesterday.
Scope: Explore Scientific ED80-cf
Mount: Orion Atlas EQ6g
Quark Chomoshere
ZWO ASI174mm-C

Re: New equipment and playing!
A very warm and sunny welcome Gordon you were very lucky to be able to return and try out new Quarks. After 18 months of hassle all I could do was get my money back and run as fast as I could away from my Quark
Would love to see the pic, if you need help uploading or linking the image just let us know.

Good start, Gordon!
