New images of AR12671 GREAT SEEING!

Post by Valery »

Hi to all,

Bart have reminded me about August 20 2017. There was a time, not that the current boring days!
Just look at splendid, big and active spots that sun showed us those days... Fantastic, absolutely fantastic!

That morning was calm with moments of good seeing and I used my trusty C11 equipped with a full size ARIES two bands DERF,
H-a etalon, GSO simple focal reducers and Basler 1920-155 camera. This wonderful combination of relatively inexpensive
equipment set allowed me to obtain these detailed photos of a beautiful AR12671.

First photo was taken at a smaller scale and two latter were taken at larger scale to show small details and the volume better.

Hope you like them and this reminded you that wonderful days.

Valery

Valery:
No doubt, those were the days when the Sun did let us view the active zones that are shown in those supershots you got.
Best regards,
Eric.
