First light with Blackfly S 3.2Mp

Post by gabrieli »

This camera (Blackfly S, 3.2Mp) was used with a double stack setup I've used only once before, LS80 + 3X telecentric + Quark Combo in back. This allows use of LS80 in a double stack configuration and at full 80mm aperture. I usually double stack the LS80 with an LS60F in front. Because the Quark Combo takes a while to reach its dialed setting, I haven't found the dial position for best contrast yet when coupled with the LS80.

Even with this roughly tuned setup, the combination seems like a very good match. It would help if there was something more significant to image
in the last couple of weeks of this season.

Hi Lou...

Great these images the LS80T/Quark DS setup. As you say, would be nice to have more interesting targets to image!
