Sol from the 10th of November 2018.
Hi:
Went to the rural observatory and it was hazy and cloudy
My intention was to test the 10" f/20 Mak in Ha with a full aperture Aries ERF, but I forgot home the AP handpad (I had changed the battery at home last week)
So I used the 6" f/12 AP refractor, using a 2X telecentric and the Daystar ATM, at noon it clouded and rained.
Thanks for looking.
Eric.

Very nice set Eric. Great job pulling out the details in those proms.

Marty and Christopher:
Thanks for looking and commenting, BTW, the seeing was not so good (did not take the SSM), but it was hazy with clouds running by.
The scope and the old filter perform very good.
Regards,
Eric.

Apollo:
My filter was made around the early 70´s by Del Woods (former owner of Daystar).
It is a 0.45 A° Ha filter, Del used to make the "University" model that had a more even etalon and was his top filter, and also the "ATM" model.
These 2 filters were heated and performed very well, but a friend of mine made me a housing with a manual tilter for my ATM, the stock ATM fits inside and I use it to get both wings manually as also adjust it quicker.
Here are some old photos of the tilter.
Best regards,
Eric.

That is one serious telescope and the results speak for themselves ! The detail in the prominences is great, and surface is also excellent.
Thank you for sharing this, Eric.
