Dear all:
Spent the last days of the year at the rural observatory, it is a family owned very old hacienda (from the 1750´s).
Weather was bad every day, had to take images when the clouds passed by. :-((
Here are some taken with the 76mm f/6.4 Televue scope and stacked 40mm Coronado filters, as also with a 6" f/12 AP "Superplanetary" refractor fitted with a 2X Baader telecentric and an ATM Daystar filter.
Very difficult recording specially for the very dim protuberance.
Thanks for looking,
Best wishes to all.
Eric.

Hi Eric...
A superb collection of FD images as you always manage to produce and the hi res images of the disk features are equally good
I think the detail in the prom images is outstanding, excellent result from that effort.

These are stunning Eric, I agree with Brian I think even on a good day I would struggle to get such a crisp disc and close up

Excellent results with not so good weather, Eric ! That long filament and the prominence are super, very exciting.
