Great to see the new scope performs so nicely in WL, and all images are as beautiful as ever
It is always a treat to see the results of your sessions.

Excellent Pedro! Kinda reminds me of the images you get with the TEC and a 3x. How did you find the canon? what are your first impressions?

Re: Today's SUN (20190106) | APM180 F/6 First Light
Thanks again guys
I found it in France (near Paris) in a Belgium site (second hand astromarket). It was relatively cheap, new Markus Ludes was asking 4000 US$ about 10 years ago. I payed much less (25% of the price)
The seeing today was fair to bad

That is a bargain at that price! With excellent seeing and a 5x powermate it should give some interesting results!

Thanks Mark
I will give it a go with better seeing. The sun is very low even for us. It will be better in a couple of months
