Hí,

A bit active yesterday. Full Disk sun, Big prominence and a timelapse video of that prominence. This time I thought I colour it in real time. The video is quite grainy as I had to crank up gain in order to get a high frame rate per second. If there is a prom today I will do some tests about the grain and colouring.

As always Full Disk best seen in new tab or window. I did readjust my etalons. Even having the remote adjusters it took me some time to find the best adjustment as two etalons one on top of the other behave very interesting when changing the angles. Not an easy task to balance them.

Thanks for reading and looking

and here the link to the video. The attracted fire balls back onto the Sun surface, look like if it is raining.

Rainer:
Very good shots and animation, the big prominence was very dim and hard to get.
I had bad seeing (haze and clouds).
Fuerte abrazo,
Eric.
