At the well again
Hi all, I have been trying to get my Primaluce Sesto Senso working but as yet nothing. I have downloaded Ascom 6.4 as well as the Sesto driver. I loaded the software from the usb stick that came with the focuser and followed the instructions on the Primaluce manual. When I open Device Manager and click on the comm ports tab I get a message telling me the unit is not connected so I tried two usb 2 ports and a usb3 port along with two different cables but no good. I have emailed Primaluce three times but no reply yet, and it has been a few days. I seem to be going around in circles, can anyone advise please.

Try to load the software from the original website.
When you emailed to Primaluce Sesto Senso, they are very helpful.
If the software recognize the Sesto Senso than you need one time to follow the calibration procedure.
Indeed, the manual is not the best way explained, but if it works it's a very good motor focusser and a nice one.
