Grasshopper IMX174

Post by denababy »

Hi I am looking, again, for help and advice. I have a Grasshopper IMX174 camera that I use on my Lunt Chromosphere fitted onto my Explore Scientific ed apo 80. I get horrendous Newton’s rings and have tried moving the camera around to see if I can square it up to the sensor but no luck yet. Is there a tilt adjuster for my camera? I Have emailed Pointgrey but some weeks later I still have no response. Anyone help please.

You can buy a tilt adapter and the Newton rings will disappear
