ISS Sun transit May 9 2019

Post by rsfoto »

Hi,

I was lucky and had an ISS Sun transit today in the morning thank to Cal Sky for sending me yesterday the e.mail announcing it.

Here two links to the video

You Tube really messes up the video quality

and here a link to my original video before You Tube upload

Thanks for looking

Hi Pedro,

Great transit you had. Right in the center. BTW your transit is nice as your camera really did a good job. I ahve dropped frames using the USB 3.0 port.

Will need to test what I speed I get with USB 2.0. The camera is an ASI 290MM Cool and was streaming at around 140 frames per second using USB 3.0 b ut with dropped frames even the transit was only 0.74 seconds.

saludos Rainer
