Focusser adjustment for Ha advice

Any ideas appreciated.

The 72mm scope is good but with all the weight the focusser slips, any ideas appreciated

Oh any advice on an alternative focusser also

Given a choice I use a Starlight focuser on any of my scopes. Moonlites are good but over time the bearings fail and while annoying is still usable. I have not come across this in any of my Starlight focusers.
