Lovely work. Mostly cloudy in the UK. Did you take a white light version? That would be easier than Calcium K?

Hi,

No. I need to get my Herschel wedge and now that you mention I think I install it on a telescope which is doing nothing on my second mount, now that cycle 25 starts to get active.

Thank You and Merry Christmas

It's nice to see something from cycle 25. the white light sun has been so barren lately.

Nice images, Rainer. Thanks for posting them for us.

Near the solar equator and the east there is a small and weak AR with polarity +/- , so it belongs to Cycle 25 too! May be it really starts to grow in it's activity?

Superb presentation, we really enjoyed viewing this over breakfast :bow :hamster: I got very excited as I had Sunshine forecast but sadly it has remained cloudy this Christmas day.

Merry Christmas

Looks great (as always), Rainer.

The typical winter clouds/rain here all week; but forecasts are predicting a potential sunny/clear day on Monday. So hopefully I'll be able to go out and admire the spots myself then.
