halpha sun of the 14th of May

Post by stef41 »

good morning, everyone,

Quite a lot of clouds and wind this afternoon around my house: I had to juggle with the clearings to catch the sun! :)

At the fs60 with its sm40 double stack, BF10, glasspath x1.7 and zwo178mm on staradventurer around 14h10 UT

Image

the nice prominence is still there but too many clouds to try the barlow x2 and even less animation ;)

Image

Sincerely,
stéphane - France

Hi

The big prom looks like what I saw in the M180 as well.

Thanks. Andrew.

Stephane,
Your images are remarkably similar to my view today. And I had to " juggle the clearings " too!
