4th July'20 TWO SPOTS IN THE EASTERN-QUADRANT
Hello Everybody.
Just looked at SDO and there are clearly two spots in the eastern-quadrant, as the attached images show as of today at 1045Z...
i did think at first that it was dust on the pc's screen, but obviously not...
Here's hoping for some AR action
CLEAR SKIES for some and maybe here too in the next few days...
Terry

That prom is a beauty. Pity it’s just clouds and rain here.

Yes there are two pores near the equator. Looking at a bigger image in White light as well as comparing it to the magnetogram it is a spot from the old cycle 24.

Hi Rainer & Stuart.
Rainer - Thanks for the heads up and certainly does seem to be from Cycle #24.
Stuart - "We are not alone" as here in S.E.England solid clouds and rain anytime, but as Mark knows, no imaging in any case, as my observatory-pc is down and awaiting a replacement.
CLEAR SKIES - HOPEFULLY
Regards
Terry

@Marios
Very nice drawing.
Hi Guys,
Unfortunately it looks like a drought is coming. In the following image from STEREO, if you draw a vertical line through the center of the Sun that would be -90° or the Northeastern limb, while the right limb in this image is the Meridian.
No good news ...
