Has anyone experienced this with a b1800 blocking diagonal h alpha it looks like a crack in the glass or glue possibly

this is the main message area for anything solar :)

Hi,

That looks like cracked and an oil smudge on it.

I had a scratched new Coronado BF 10 diagonal and send it back to them.

My best advice is to send it back to Lunt and ask for a new one.

Umm, yes, that's a crack. Were you using it full aperture with the 130?

don't know when it occurred I do use a 2x Barlow with the 174 mm zwo camera

It looks like the filter that 'rusts' - Lunt should replace it.
