The tilt-tuned blocking filters were from the Isle of Man Coronado days. The model you're referring to is the Prom 15 T:
The was also the tilting BF30:

Those were the days and for a small Island in the Irish Sea, a tribute to the manufacturer.

Re: Older Halpha diagonal tuner
Isle of Man Coronado. I do remember reading somewhere that David Lunt ( Coronado ) and the founder of Solarscope were collaborators/partners at one time and parted ways. I can't remember where I came across that. And of course Andy Lunt ( Lunt Solar Systems ) is David's son so all three to some extent have a shared history. All three companies are still around. Coronado and Solarscope no longer under their original owners but Lunt still is.
And then there is DayStar filters. No connection to David Lunt to my knowledge. They may be the oldest of all concerning amateur Ha. But they too are no longer under their founding owner.
I bet those tunable blocking filters were really pricey on those days.
