Sun in three lights- 4th November 2020

Post by Carbon60 »

The seeing conditions were appalling this morning with the Sun just over my neighbour's rooftops and the air 'boiling' with convection currents.

Anyhow, FDs in three lights and a closer view in WL of Active Region 2781. My close view in Ha was a mess. I'll see if I can rescue anything useable as it appeared to be flaring, which would be nice to show.

Many thanks, everyone.

Back to cloudy skies for a while..... hopefully there’ll be an opportunity to re-image this region as it passes across the disk.
