Post by rsfoto »

Hi,

Todays discs November 10, 2020,

Yes there are two new perturbations visible in the Sourheastern quadrant at about -13 and -32° latitude.

Here the 120 minutes timelapse of AR 12871 https://rainerehlert.com/00_SCHForum/11 ... SR_USM.mp4

In White LIght there are 4 pores visible in the lower perturbation area. In the upper nothing is visible yet.

Excellent images as usual and the animation show that AR2781 is quieting-down somewhat, but I bet when it leaves the SW edge - it may well go with a bang, as others have done in the past.

Thanks Rainer
Regards
Terry

Rainer,
You captured the area around AR12781 very well. It's not as overexposed and the disturbances in the spicule field radiating outwards from the AR is beautiful. I bet it would look awesome colorized.

The animation is very nice too. Do I see a couple of mini-flares going on?

Superb images Rainer :bow :hamster: and a very interesting animation, there is a flash to the upper right which doesn't seem to be associated with the spot groups. All you need now is an X-class flare :)

Hi Mark,

No, in this case the Palm Tree creep is history as I am pointing to the West and the Palm Tree is in this case in the East and so the creep would be at the beginning of the video  bue then comes my Observatory wall
