6-1-2021 A NEW AR IS MOVING ONTO THE S.E.LIMB - SOON

Post by EGRAY_OBSERVATORY » Wed Jan 06, 2021 11:32 am

STEREO-A is showing a new and largish AR moving closer to the S.E.Limb today.

I can't be more specific on when it will appear as visual from Earth, but 1 - 2 days at a guess.

CLEAR SKIES
Terry

Thanks Alexandra,
The latest image this evening 7th Jan, suggests that this approaching is now quite weak and may not produce anything exciting..

Cheers
