Full disk 06-01-2021

Post by rsfoto » Wed Jan 06, 2021 11:05 pm

Hi,

Had very high clouds but by the time both scopes cleared the Palm tree the clouds were gone :beanie:

The filaments in the Suth going strong. Somebody felled the Acacia from yesterday and the hedgerow is getting great.

White Light as dead as yesterday. Slight faculae can be seen.

Sorry, no video today.

Here todays discs January 6 2021

Rainer,
Your images show so clearly the features I struggled to see today. Three filaments in the south. Two in the far north. Prominences in the SE and SW. You have confirmed my visual observations yet again my friend. And yours shows details I could not see.

BIG thumbs up!

Thanks : James
