Full disk 07-03-2021

Post by rsfoto »

Hi,

The days started with a very turbulent atmosphere but after waiting a while to get the Sun more into the Western horizon or warming up and stabilizing the telescope it got better.

AR 12806 again with spots

The faculae in the Northeastern quadrant has a pore :o

As usual best seen in full size in a new tab/window.

Hi Rainer, Even though not too-much surface detail, you have certainly brought it all out very well and the proms too..

Well done on your excellent and interesting results.

Rainer,
You have AviStack perfected! You've got excellent details on a fairly bland Sun. Those prominences on the SE limb are easily the stars of the show today
