The thing is simply huge: c.a 120,000Km height against 230,000Km extension.

Just been out again, thankfully I left everything set up so switched to halpha. Well I thought I was only missing an hour of work, but I have bunked off the whole morning!!! I need to get ready for meetings all afternoon :(

WOW!!!!! Stunning work Jozef!! Beautiful! It looks like a large bonfire. And notice that dark gap, bubble? at the upper left side of the prom.

Impressive capture, thank you so much.
I also captured it, but am too busy with work to process it !
I was hoping I was the only one to see it here! When I noticed it, I scrambled to set my solar, I have never got ready so quickly. Luckily my mount was polar aligned and ready !! I think I got some surface details and prom detail together !
