Welcome to our Spring 2021 CBSAP/Sunlit Earth! fundraiser!!! Jeff Eyrich started us out with a very generous donation!
We are a global nonprofit that teaches the science and beauty of Sunlight through Solar Astronomy Outreach and Nature/Wildlife STEM in 28 countries around the world. We are named in memoriam to friend and fellow air traffic controller/veteran Charlie Bates who died from suicide in 2007.
We have been a registered nonprofit in the USA since 2008 with no salaries ever paid and admin costs of less than 4% since our inception.
Your tax deductible donations of cash or equipment will go towards program expenses in teaching the material and distributing computers, cameras, telescopes, mounts and solar glasses and diffraction gratings to students around the world.
