07 April

Post by MAURITS »

Between the clouds and and in very bad conditions.
ASI 174MM without reducer with Interference Eliminator.
Quark Chromosphere
150 mm scope.

As you can seen on the sad Quality Graph, this is the result , not really sharp, but presentable.

Hi Maurits, considering the conditions you have produced a presentable image of quite a tall prom - so well done.

Thanks vm for sharing

That's a good image given the conditions Maurits, the quality graph looked exactly the same as those with my CaK closeups yesterday. Try dropping the laplace value down from 6 to 4, you might find improves the final stack. If you want to save a little time stacking turn improved tracking off too, though looks like you have lots of RAM on that pc so likely not an issue.

You can see the bad conditions but you still got a nice image, Maurits.
