big job, very fine shots and processing


Only stardust in the wind, some fine and some less fine scopes, filters and adapters as well. Switzerland 47 N, 9 E, in the heart of EUROPE :)

from 7 am - 7 pm http://www.nanosys.ch

from 7.01 pm - 6.59 am http://www.wastronomiko.com some times vice versa ;)

Thanks everybody. I have to add that with the sun very low in the sky and terrible seeing this was the best I could do. I will surely buy the Ca-K telescope module for the LS152 in the near future.

The disk and proms composition was done with feathering and masks PS CS5 (slightly different from Ken's tutorials). We are always finding new paths. Ken's tutorials are certainly an inspiration.

Pedro, those are beautiful! At least in bad seeing we can still get pretty good disk shots.
