The right way to solar chat

I'm inviting potential members to "solar chat" . At the moment I lead them to www.charliebates.org and ask them to click on the left side "solar chat forum" and then I leave them alone. That can't be a good solution.

How can a potential new member be attracted to join first "solarchat" and may be also become a member of the outreach club?
