Folliow the Train of Sunspots...

Here is a few white light veiws taken saturday morning, showing the train of oncoming sunspots that will be marching across the disk soon. I think AR1330 is going to be a big one, packing lots of flaring activity in the Halpha. We shall see! Stellarvue SV80, Baader Astro solar, DMK, OIII filter.






And for comparison, here is a shot with no OIII fitler in white light to show how bad the seeing actually was. Without a doubt, the OIII filter is a life saver! Try it!
