Thanks Walter and Alexandra:

It seems overprocessed but I had to do lots of things in PS CS5 (High pass, S&H, unsharp, smart sharp and a mask - artificial flat). Here's the unprocessed image. The Baader CaK filter is not bad but you have work a lot to get a correct image.

Hi Pedro

thank you for that unprocessed pic. That already looks great, huge details. I wonder with what I end up with it

Hi Walter:

I checked the image with another screen and you are right (it was a bit overprocessed). I already uploaded a new version. Check it out:

Alexandra.

Can you please send the link to your CaK paper (PDF). It seems I have misplaced the file.

Thanks

Nice Mark. Great contrast without blowing the histogram away.

Hi Chris:

The image was obtained with the Baader Calcium K-Line filter. I am now considering buying the LUNT 1200 Cak Module...

Hi Pedro

although I do not get a provision, you will be very happy with the LUNT CaK wedge. It is absolutely maintenance free. Stick it in and shoot
