Hi all,

Stu asked me to upload his magnetometer tutorial for reference - i've put it here so it gets a bit of exposure and folks see it, then will migrate it over to the reference library shortly.

Thanks

Cheers guys. This is an updated version with more information about keeping the electronics at a more constant temperature. Thanks to Mike G for helping to 'Beta' test the instructions.

Hi Mark/Stephen,

I'd be grateful if it could be transferred to the Tutorial index to avoid losing track of it.

Much appreciated.

Many thanks for an excellent document. Very clear and interesting including the spectral analysis of bat noises. Lots to consider. Really well presented.

I am definitely going to make one of these. I am beginning an electronics hobby so this is a perfect project.

Go for it; its great fun and very satisfying when you start to solve the problems and see good data appearing on your screen.
