Tutorial: Solar Animation Video

Hi all,
Finally got round to doing the 3rd and final part of my animation tutorial - this shows how to do an animation of say a flare, transit etc using photoshop CS4. Sorry if you don't have this software, but is what I have to work with, you should be able to apply the technique to a variety of similar software packages...

Usual rules apply, not saying this is the best way, quickest way, good photoshop practice etc etc - it's just the way I do it! Excuse me if i'm rambling away, I make these up as I go along...
