Which function do you mean? I think the UI doesn't have a field called "scan box" ?

Hmmm,
The version of SpecLineScan I'm using has following:
Row/Column Position
Bandwidth
Up/Down Skew
Left Right Skew
Remove Curve
Frame Skip
Batch Repeat
Horizontal Mode (select)
Set first - Set Last
Does this match your screen??
