I swap out my 180mm fl with 300mm fl as Merlin66 suggested and noticed a few things
1) more uniform surface
2) easier to focus
3) proms show better
on the down side - image is larger and centering is tight

JJ,
Looking good....
The CaK/CaH proms at 5 O'clock show well.
Well done!
Onwards and upwards.

Re: caK and caH with 300mm imaging lens
thx
this has been a fun project
just a few tweaks here and there make a difference
now at some point I have to learn clean up software steps as created by Wah
I do plan to add iris to control f num of collminator
Montana , Mark you should try this
