Blackfly 5.0 MP Mono GigE PoE
Anyone tried this camera? Seems exceptionally cheap compared to other 5mp monos (probably with good reason right?)

Lots of chip for not much money.
The same sensor is being used in the new QHY5P-II camera too:

Too low speed for good resuls if a high resolution is the goal, IMHO.papamidnight wrote:Anyone tried this camera? Seems exceptionally cheap compared to other 5mp monos (probably with good reason right?)

I could live with the framerate (in good seeing 390 frames captured over 30 seconds would be enough for successful stacking), but this camera has only rolling shutter.
