PST mod adaptors - AOKSwiss??

Post by Merlin66 »

Other than AOK are there any other suppliers selling the M50 nosepiece and M50 rear adaptors for PST Mods?
http://www.aokswiss.ch/index_sonne.html

I remember there was some talk of them being produced in the US.

Yeah,
They do the front nosepiece adaptor (Stage 1 mod) but not the rear adaptor (Stage 2 mod)
I sent them drawings a few years ago but they didn't go into production....

Hi Ken

if I'm no mistaken. Apollo wanted to introduce them to the USA.

Is it a question of Quality ? Preis ? Shipping? I may be able to help.

For the pst stage II mod I used the body of a 2" chinese barlow (gso), just unscrew the lens and the rear of the pst etalon fits perfectly !

Thanks guys.
I was just checking the current supplier availability.
There are no suppliers here in Australia.

Mark,
Hmmm
Would the nosepiece of the Moonfish fit the front of the PST?
That way you get both adaptors from the one unit??
