BTW since I wrote that
I made a simpler and yet just as effective
take plain glass filter deposit glow paint and your on your way
screw it eyepiece that reach focus to surface of glass

a while back I did this caK eyepiece mod and had it published
above link is now dead

this year i was encouraged to enter this mod at he 2017 stellafane contest
well guess what I won first prize for innovative component

you can go to stellafane competition for 2017 im entry 25
i just slightly improved file using orange which renders image yellow
