So basically this is a UV Wedge?

Yikes on those prices. ~$800 USD. Can get a Lunt module for this. I'm curious about a comparison to see if it's worth while (especially if it allows use of a large aperture instrument, over 4 inches).

For about the same money you can order a front mounted 145mm two bands (both Calzium K and H and H-a) DERF filter!
