Beautiful telescopes Pedro! Are you going to use the etalon in the f/7 beam? You could maybe try a Baader 1,7 Glasspath. Would give f/11,9.

The Glasspath works perfectly. Got the idea from banjo on this forum and use it myself in a 150mm f/8 Skywatcher. Mounted the Glasspath in the nosepiece.

I finally have all the pieces for my PST Satge 2 MOD. I received the Baader 1.25X Glasspath Corrector yesterday. I plan to use it maily with two telescopes> TMB100 F/8 and TEC140 F/7. Check out some images from my FLICKR page

Nice! And now waiting for the first pictures. (-;
How did you mount the glasspath on the front lens? Ans I am curious if the distance between the back of the etalon and the focal point is about 20 cm, looks shorter. Or did you change the lens?

Thanks Bart

It's cloudy here but it will improve in a couple of days. I had to use a plastic spacer to fit the glasspath in front of the etalon. I cannot use a long distance after the PST etalon, otherwise I will not get my camera in focus. I will give it a go and let you know.

Interesting, I thought it was not possible so had it mounted in the nosepiece. But you still have the original front lens before the etalon?
Maybe the fact that you could not reach focus had something to do with the backfocus of the scope and the fact that you worked in a f/8 beam.

I did not try yet the mod with the Baader Glasspath in front of the etalon. I could reach focus without it

Where exactly did you mount the glasspath? Inside the nosepiece?

Mine is close to the etalon also inside the nosepiece

Hi Pedro,
Yes inside the nosepiece. I got the idea from banjo, in this thread there is also a drawing of his nosepiece. viewtopic.php?f=4&t=23610&p=212934&hili ... th#p212934
AOK made a nosepiece for me and mounted the glass path.
CS Bart.

Tried the PST Stage 2 Mod today for the first time (TMB100 F/8). Visually it is great. For imaging it is not the same thing, big soft spot

Check out some images below.
