I have been wondering whether a DS2 internal etalon for the 80mm scope would physically fit to a 60mmTha.
Not sure if the tube dimensions are the same.Perhaps someone with both scopes could give this a try,and see if it actually works. :thanx:

Did try this a while ago, they do fit together but the DSII doesn't fit completely into the 60.
If I remember correctly the view wasn't worth the effort

Gentelmen, I confirm that LS60Tha works very good with LS100 DSII module. I checked it 10 minutes ago
Minor ghost effect and glowing. Surface detail is much improved as it should be in double stack. Proms and active regions are very contrasty.

Does the LS100 DSII module has an collimation - refocusing optics?Pablito wrote:Gentelmen, I confirm that LS60Tha works very good with LS100 DSII module. I checked it 10 minutes ago

What is the aperture diameter of this module?
Thanks,
Valery.

Yes Valery, it has these lenses. Clear aperture is 35mm.
