its not the sun but i was pumped to see a lunar transit the night of the harvest moon less than 30 minutes from my house. this is my 3rd successful imaging transit, 4th successful seeing, and first lunar.

Taken with Stellarvue Raptor 90, ZWO ASI 120mm-s @ 55 fps.

Fabulous capture there and with such a gorgeous image of the moon as a wonderful backdrop.

Thanks, it's probably onlythe 6th picture I've ever taken of the Moon. As I thought about it more through the day I realized this is actually a pretty rare capture compared to a sun transit because the Moon isn't always full and it's also a moving target where is the sun is kind of a steady backdrop for the ISS to cross in front of. All that with the night of the Harvest moon, pretty lucky...

This is the first time I've ever wanted a color camera...

Fantastic RX. I have this dream of imaging an ISS lunar and solar transit. Nice to know there are braver souls than I.
