Hi,
Now that I am retired I have all the time I need for Sun Imaging but what is missing is the Sun and what I have plenty are Clouds

Rainer: years ago I was told that in astronomy you have to be patient and you will be rewarded. I found it to be the case most of times (not always).
The sun will rise for you too !

As I work, I find that the sun only shines from Monday-Friday, so I guess when you retire the Sun won't shine at all

I often find the sun is missing when you want it and it’s there when you don’t, when it’s blinding you in the face when driving!

Hi Rainer...
Hopefully the weather co-operates soon!!!
My work and astronomy both rely on nice weather...so when farmers are busy I have to fight to get time at the observatory. When it is cloudy and raining (or snowing like today) there are far fewer demands on my time
