Well, the just passed weekend, had a chance to take some quick reflections of the Sun with the 10" f/20 TEC maksutov.

Excellent, Eric. Beautifully detailed images.
As Alexandra says, you must have great seeing. My 250mm RCT gives nothing like these with my wobbly seeing. Can you post a video of your AVI?

I have the recordings in the hard disk of one of the PC´s at the rural observatory, in 2 more weeks I will go again and bring it back.
BTW, the SER recordings are bad, the AP1200 Goto mount bought in 1998 needs a gear relubrication and adjustment, the lunar tracking speed goes up and down during the recording of 1000 frames.
A chore for next visit.
