Big prom 2019/02/14

Post by zorgdotnl »

Hi
Had a glance at it yesterday 13, but didn't have the time to catch it today. It was bigger (1/5 of the sun) but weaker today, and better with the étalon de tuned (lower pressure). Lunt 100 with 18mm eyepiece, still between cirrus

I observed it yesterday through my LS100 SS as well, very faint, and found the best view with the tuner at lower pressure, almost all the threads showing.Great sketch by the way.
