EGRAY OBSERVATORY - Tuesday 2nd June 2020 - Ha & Cal-K
Before both the interfering contrails and followed by +thin clouds, these two captures in just "fair seeing conditions."
Expecting much more clouds over the next few days, ending around two months of cloudless skies here in S.E.England...
Thanks for looking.
Terry

Re: EGRAY OBSERVATORY - Tuesday 2nd June 2020 - Ha & Cal-K
Thanks Eric. I was a tad late imaging today,, but when I saw the weather satellite imagery, I rushed to the observatory - just in time to capture those two, but failed to complete the testing of the WL system - which I believe needs an F-Stop on the front of the scope, as I can't shorten the imaging-time in SharpCap sufficiently for the camera, as the light is too bright . Hopefully it won't take too long to complete that...
Cheers
Terry

Terry,
Your Ha image reminds me a lot of mine that I took over the weekend. I used a Nikon DSLR and iPhone though. I hope to do CaK in the future.

Clouds are ruining the party over here as well.
Good job in getting those shots.

Good job Terry.
You can't upload Tiff images on here, that's why the first ones didn't work. Jpegs or PNGs are fine though.

Thank you everybody.
Hi James, honestly I didn't pinch your excellent shot. If I did, you can shoot me !!!
Hi Jochen, yes and today it's 95% thick cloud-cover, so not much chance today.
HI Dave, thank you.
Hi Alexandra, yes although you had previously requested the compass, I used to apply it elsewhere...
Thanks Mark, I realised that about TIFF's. cheers
Thanks RAF.
Regards
Terry
