Sol from the 2nd of June 2020.
Hi:
Some shots from today, used the 3 scopes at the home observatory.
Thanks for looking, I just had a gap to take the shots, it clouded all over.
I usually take 600 SER frames, but the last shot was from 1600 frames.
Best regards,
Eric.

Hi again Eric.
Some well nice and crisp images there. The large prom certainly shows much detail.
Best Wishes
Terry

I remember the bright end of the big prom. Your images show it in crystal-clear detail!

Awesome images Eric. Apologies you have undoubtedly been asked this many times, what is the "Ca-K PST Mod" you refer to in your Ca-K image names?

Great shots Eric, i'm guessing the haze rolled in towards the end of the session looking at your graph.

Re: Sol from the 2nd of June 2020.
Terry, Dan, James, Jochen, David, Mark and Alfred, much appreciated feedback.
David, the CaK modification was made from an old CaK PST that I had, so I took the parts out and machined an adapter to put the filter inside. I use either a Baader K Line or the Venus filter at the camera nose. (see photo)
Mark, no it was hazy since started, when the sky is clear the input is set at 0.8, so haze and clouds show the lower input quite well.
Hope you all are well, so lets keep safe.
Regards,
Eric.
