7 Jan AR 1944 Looks like Australia.
Hi everyone,
Late home again but had a bit clearer run with seeing 5/10 at 1pm. (0300UTC)
The AR looks just like a map of Australia.
I tried to process these a bit different to see if I could get some detail in the black hole so to speak. Not to sure I managed it Chris, sorry.
I also tried getting in a bit closer but was hampered by seeing.
I have other data for later maybe but in the meantime I will post these.
Tomorrow I am away all day.

Looks good Ralph I imaged a bit later again between clouds but at least cooler here today .There was some brief flaring in the smaller spot will post after dinner.

I'd like to take advantage of the sun today, but a windchill of -30C and blowing snow pretty much kills that plan...the dome would be full of snow in no time I will have to enjoy everyone's posts :thanx:
