Welcomed Home by a Nice Prom 16th Oct

Hi Folks. I have been away on holidays for a few months in the US and my first outing since coming back I was presented with this lovely prom! Good to be back home :) Taken with the ES127mm and Quark Prominence version, Basler 174 camera.

The look of this reminds me of the famous photographer, Ansel Adams. If he were to photograph an eclipse, it would almost look like this.

Solar Eclipse Casper Mountain Wyoming.

Well this was the best of 4 eclipses I have witnessed. Amazing temperature drop at 2500m (8,130 ft) and the extra altitude gave a feeling of excellent clarity for viewing the corona. I am still on our long road trip through the US and Canada and don't have the gear and software to process my RAW's. ...

Those components you mentioned sound similar to a coronagraph e.g. Baader Mark-IV Coronagraph?? If you can't see it but you can see it and connect to it in other software, then something is not right with LuSol. I guess you have uninstalled and ins...

So I decided to just bang away about 20 movies in the hope that I get lucky. I have just finished processing all the files and they all were rubbish except for one mov...
