can you include a photograph of your telescope set up with the eyepiece in place? I suspect you just don’t have your blocking filter pushed all the way in.

i’ve been using mine for over a decade and I’ve never plugged it into a computer. The hand controller is tiny and removes one more step in software for me so I love it.

Since this is a very international forum, a lot of users have way slower internet than in the states. If possible, could you upload in jpg format instead of png?
