A beautiful result, Stu. What are the exposure settings and how many frames do you shoot for each image ? I would like to try one too, if I get the right weather... Franco Hi Franco, Not sure setting info will help as it’s so dependent on the specific equipment used. I just adjust the exposure time...

Many, many thanks everyone. I was pleased that this came out okay. The seeing conditions were somewhat variable over the hour.

It’s amazing how fast the spicules change minute to minute, especially given the scale of these things.
