Superb calcium FD and close views, Mark.

I had a similar experience with my local seeing yesterday. Good at the start, but quickly taking a turn for the worse. So frustrating when the sky is beautifully blue and almost completely cloudless.

Lovely images, Brian. As you say, difficult to compare across time with different conditions/activity, but the 8” Newtonian images look to be the better ones, although you need the seeing to cooperate at this aperture and at these wavelengths.
