One of my dear prominence - another correction

Here we had a cloudy sky last 5 weeks (including today).
I still dared to correct one of my dear prominence picture, even the initial noise was much enough (bad transparency that day when I captured).

Reprocessing one of my favorite capture (3 weeks cloudy) :(

Unfortunately, here we have only cloudy days for about 3 weeks. Reprocessing is a way to discover that we were in hurry and missed the real "fight" with the stacked .TIFF file, during initial processing. I discovered again how much the local color contrasts, the tints and nuances, can make...

Right, the mount level is the most important think . But if you have not a compas , handy, hang on a string from the bottom of the mount (down, between his 3 legs) having a little bob at the other end and just wait till the time when the Sun is crossing the local meridian. Then, fix the whole mount ...

Karl, you still have great chances. Theoretically, during the night after aligning (3 stars) you have not more than 3 minutes for DSO which isn't so few for Sun . But even with 2 minutes wouldn't be so bad during the daylight, at Sun if you'll have a camera recording at 25 FPS at least. Anyway you h...
